Survivors of Lucknow

Hoi,

Part of the Mutiny Miniatures "Survivors of Lucknow" blister, these figures are done up to give some more flavour to future IM games.

The figures turned out a little too dark due to the wash I forgot to dilute. Still I  like them quite a lot!

Cheers Sander

I like these a lot Sander, not sure that I would say that they were too long though.

Sorry Michael, "too long"?

Very nice Sander. I think they have a nice gritty look to them. Certainly wouldn't want to run into these guys in a dark alley.

'Too long'? I of course meant 'too dark'! Not sure how that happened? :)

I think Sir Michael meant too dark. Regardless I like them a lot. Nice work!

@ Rod: thanks Rod, yeah from what I've read these people were the real deal in deed!

@ Lord Awdry: such is life, little errors creep in. OK well I like them too dark or not ;-) The others are based awaiting paint and I also bought the Empress family defending their farm against marauding Maori's thinking they could match the time frame at a pinch as well. So much nice stuff to paint.

@ Millsy: thanks Millsy! Your Boxer-project is coming along fine too!

There seems to be more and more little errors slipping in these days, getting old is so tiresome! What I meant to say was that I don't think they look took dark at all, I like the just the way you have done them. I have also got my eye on those splendid Empress miniatures, the pose of the lady slightly unsure about firing the pistol is just brilliant!
